Spiral pile driver working principle

  1. Positioning stage: The hydraulic legs stably support the pile driver, adjust the position of the drill rod through the slewing mechanism, and align it with the pile position.
  2. Drilling stage: The power head drives the spiral drill rod to rotate at high speed (the speed can reach 62r/min), the spiral blade cuts into the soil, and the torque is used to screw the pile body into the ground. The soil rises and is discharged along the spiral blade to form a complete pile hole.
  3. Pile formation stage: After the drill rod reaches the designed depth, the hydraulic system rotates in the opposite direction to pull out the drill rod, and the pile body remains firmly underground. If grouting is required, concrete can be injected through the center tube of the drill rod to increase the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
