Principle of Polyurethane Foaming Machine
The polyurethane foam injection machine mixes two liquid materials, isocyanate, and combined polyether, usually in a ratio of 1:1. A chemical reaction then occurs in the mixing head to form the foam. This chemical reaction is exothermic and can be utilized to increase the foaming rate and density with the heat from the reaction process. At the same time, the high-pressure gas in the mixing head can further help mix the raw materials and improve the foaming quality.
