Hydraulic Rotary Rig Working Principle
Hydraulic rotary drilling rigs are mainly powered by the engine system. Then the hydraulic system transmits the power to the power head. Next, the power head rotates to drive the drill pipe, and the drill bit rotates. At the same time, the pressurizing device provides pressurizing force, so that the drill bit realizes the cutting and crushing of the rock and soil. Once the drill bit is in place, the drill rod is lifted and the drill bit is raised out of the hole to unload the soil. Repeat these actions until the drill reaches the design depth.
